The charts given are obtained by Hazen – Williams formula . they show friction loss of             head (unit in m ) against piping length L = 1.000m .

All the values are based on C=140 . When it is necessary to find the values for other 

 values of C, they can be obtained by multiply the friction loss of head for C=140 by the           following proportional coefficient.
